I’ve been helping my son try to solve a basement flooding issue that happens every time there’s a heavy downpour. We called Darr’s Cleaning to clean out a septic tile and locate where the house footer tile ties in. This was their second trip after we had dug up an area with an 8”-to-6” transition, and JD was able to locate the remaining length of the tile back to the house. Their equipment is top-notch, but we’ll still need to schedule another visit to thoroughly clean out the tile with their truck and larger jetter nozzle. With multiple houses tied into this same tile, there was simply too much muck for the smaller nozzle to handle. Next time, we’ll know to request the larger nozzle from the start. JD was very professional and great to work with. I’d recommend Darr’s Cleaning without hesitation.

We had a toilet that wouldn't go down so I called Darr's, as we have used them before. They were able to come out the same day, even though we were not able to be home at the time. The tank was not full so that wasn't the issue. They jetted the line, pulled out a few roots and thought it should be fine. Unfortunately it really wasn't. I called again the next morning and a crew came out within a couple of hours. This time they checked basement and decided it was in the line below the toilet. They used what I assume was like a snake and was able to get the line working again. They were pleasant and and efficient. Thanks, guys. Will surely use them again. I must apologize. When the second crew came out they said I had been left a voicemail on my cell phone the prior day. I told them I didn't have one. Well, I finally did have one later that night. Guess it had been roaming around in the ether for a day and a half before hitting my phone. So, sorry for doubting your guy.
